14-day guarantee

We operate a 14-day guarantee period for all new clients which means that if you are not completely satisfied we will refund any hosting charges you have paid.

To cancel your account within the first 14-days, simply return your Welcome Mail to us with your written confirmation of cancellation. Please note that domain charges are non-refundable and domain names can not be transferred within 60 days of first registration

This guarantee is open to new clients only and not existing clients who are already familiar with our services.
