Reporting spam
To track down who is sending you spam email you need to analyse the 'email header' information. The following links to a useful site which explains what to look for ...

Once you have the IP address of the sender, you can use our WhoIs Lookup tool to do a reverse look up.
The results will probably provide you with the root ISP for that IP address. They should also provide you with a 'report abuse' contact email address which you can use to report the spam abuse. Please be aware that you may not receive the very best support from ISPs in such matters.
