Change DNS settings

By changing your domain nameserver (DNS) settings you can control where your domain is hosted ...

  1. login to the Billing Centre
  2. click on 'your domain names'
  3. click the 'manage' icon alongside the domain you want to edit
  4. click the link to 'change nameservers'
  5. insert the new nameservers and submit only once

When done, the DNS records should be updated within 10-60 minutes. If they are not, logout of the Billing Centre then log back in and revisit the 'edit domain nameservers' page to make sure the changes have been accepted.

Check your Welcome Mail for confirmation of the server you are on or contact the Support Desk and ask us to make the changes for you.
