Domains

Change contact details

If we control your domain, you can alter the domain contact details at any time. To do so ...

  1. login to the Billing Centre
  2. click on 'your domain names'
  3. click the 'manage' icon alongside the domain to change
  4. click the link to 'contact information' to add the new details

The changes should take effect in about 1 hour but it has been known to take up to 48 hours in exceptional circumstances.

UK Domains
Some changes for a UK domain are restricted and can only be made through the main registrar so if you want to change the main registrant name (for example) then you will need to do so through Nominet direct ...

When you first registered your UK domain, Nominet will have created an account for you on their system from where you can manage your domain details. Please contact Nominet to access your account and to make any additional changes that are not available through our system.
