How are upgrades calculated?
Upgrades are charged on a prorata basis to the end of your existing term. For example, if you are 3 months into a year-long contract term and you want to upgrade from an Entry Plan to a Home Plan, you only pay the difference between the two plans for the remaining 9 month term.
This is calculated as ...
£50 (Home Plan) - £25 (Entry Plan) = £25
£25 / 365 days = 0.06849 pence per day
0.6849 x 270 days (the remaining days of your term) = £18.49
Total invoice value = £18.49 + VAT
If you are downgrading a plan, there is no refund.
